Lets talk about sleep.
Lack of sleep is common for mothers in these times. Whether you decide to co sleep with your baby, or they sleep in a cot, late night feeding and being there for your baby throughout the night sometimes results in us losing the normal amount of sleep that we need.
Co sleeping with your baby is perfectly fine provided you make sure they are secured with bed rail and their own bedding, Keep in mind no pillows for baby are allowed until they are at least 2 years old to prevent Infant Cot death. You can always alternate between the two and see what suits you and your baby.
Running an air purifier is always a good idea to reduce moisture in the home, preventing mould and dust. It removes bacteria and allergens from the air. Helping your baby sleep at night.
Here are some products that I found useful during these sometimes blissful, sometimes sleepless joyful parenting nights.
